Stage-01

We are testing all valves before use.

Stage-02

Finished Dunnage airbags are leak-tested in flat walls. Periodic on-site quality testing of random dunnage airbag samples using a burst rack and leak chambers to ensure that our airbags are manufactured to the highest standards in the industry.

Stage-03

We pressure test 10% of our level1-eco, Level1 production and 100% of our level2, level3, Level4 and Level5 production.

Stage-04

Test methods and equipments used during Quality Control and Research & Development - Applications: * Tensile Strength *Tear Resistance *Seal Strength *Digital Thickness and Weight *Optical Density

Stage-05

ABP airbags are tagged with a barcode to ensure the traceability of quality.
